I have worked in the legal sector for over 24 years and in 2004 opened Stradone Ltd to provide services that linked directly to the legal sector, originally focusing on accident management.
Over the years I have built up strong roots within business networks especially within the North West and realised that there were many businesses crying out for a little TLC to help them progress their business and marketing strategy.
Working closely with Hattons Solicitors over the years we added a more creative and strategic approach, strengthening the brand and increasing ROI.
I have worked very closely within rugby league organising business and sponsorship deals some leading to long term partnerships. I also believe strongly in supporting local communities and charities and am currently Chairman of Thatto Heath Crusaders and the Steve Prescott Foundation.
Gail Mathers
Accounts/Office Manager
I have worked in the legal profession for the past 20 years and started working part time for Stradone in September 2005 as an accounts clerk.
In September 2006 Stradone moved to bigger premises and I became the Office/Accounts Manager, which lead to me working full time for the firm in February 2009.
My role is very varied and has a wide array of diverse duties and responsibilities which must be performed on a daily basis.
Also as part of my role, I also manage our conference suite and on site doctor’s facilities.
Hannah Richardson
Marketing Manager
Working in marketing for over 7 years, I have gained extensive experience in marketing management within the legal, property, sports and tourism industries.
I have used my experience and skills to help Stradone to provide a creative full service marketing strategy for Hattons Solicitors, which has seen an increase in ROI year on year. I have worked at Stradone since November 2009 and have delivered a varied advertising, press and PR, events, sponsorship, online and brand strategy. The key has been to work together to create a smooth, consistent and inventive campaign throughout the year.

Jocelyn Bailey
Senior Accident Management Officer
I started working at Stradone in June 2009 as an Administrator. Previous to this I worked for the Rugby Football League for 2 years as an Accounts Executive.
I relocated to my home town of St Helens from Leeds following the birth of my daughter, then in March 2010 I took on the role of Senior Accident Management Officer for Stradone.
My job entails managing the full accident management process, which consists of, obtaining medical records, factoring agreements, referrals and providing statements and locus reports.
I also assist with the accounts side of the business.
Katie Charlton
Social Media Executive
I started working at Stradone in November 2010 on a graduate placement after graduating from university with a degree in Business and Public Relations.
At Stradone I work as a Social Media Executive which involves managing the social media accounts of our clients and liaising with them on a regular basis in order to come up with content to post on these.
I also work alongside the Marketing Manager to carry out marketing duties which involve writing and sending out press releases to the media on behalf of our clients, monitoring their presence in the press and posting content on their websites.
